75 g dried cranberries, 100 g chopped dates, 75 g raisins, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon zest, 75 ml orange juice, 75 g butter, 100 g flour, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon cloves flour, 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 90 grams brown sugar and 5 cashews.
How to make a cake
Take the cranberries, dates and raisins in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, orange juice and orange zest to it. Then soak the dry fruits like this overnight. Put the dry fruits in a pan and boil it for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar. Add egg to it and beat well again. Mix cashew nuts, vanilla essence, cinnamon and clove powder well. Then mix flour and baking powder. Add dry fruits to the mixture. Now pour all the batter into the baking pan and make it equal.
To begin with, preheat your oven to 169°C. Now put the baking pan in the oven. Leave for 50 minutes. Then take out the cake and check with a stick. If the stick comes out clean, no need to bake. If not, add some more time. When done, leave it in the oven for some time. Then take out the cake and let it cool completely. Carefully lift the pan and remove the parchment paper. Now cut the cake and serve. Any dry fruit including almonds, walnuts can be added to the cake. Cocoa powder should be used in the cake to bring out the chocolate flavor.
