Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Fighter’ released worldwide today. The movie is also scheduled to release in Bangladesh on the same day. A few days ago, the film’s distributor in Dhaka, the leading producer of Action Cut Entertainment, Anonya Mamun, confirmed the matter. He also informed that the Ministry of Information has already approved the release of the fighter.

Independent Digital contacted Ananya Mamun to know when the film is releasing in this country. He said, ‘The members of the Censor Board will watch the film today at 4 pm. After that, if I get the clearance, I can run the show at night. Otherwise, it will definitely run in theaters across the country from tomorrow (Friday).’

Incidentally, this was also the case with Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawaan’ which was released on September 7 last year. It was getting late in the evening to get permission from the Censor Board. Finally, the audience got to see the movie in one or two theaters on the same day. But this time Mamun said that he wants to censor the film by afternoon and release it in the evening.

Meanwhile, ‘Fighter’ is receiving positive response in India. Audience and critics are enjoying the film. Shah Rukh Khan was present at the special premiere. The film’s director Siddharth Anand said, ‘Shah Rukh liked the trailer of Fighter. Actually I met him the day the trailer was released. He liked the villain’s looks and stunts. According to Shah Rukh, he was impressed with the use of CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) in the film. But it is the success of Pathan that has increased people’s expectations about this film. And so if I say I don’t have any tension, that would be a lie. I mean by distancing myself from it every moment, every picture is different. Every film has its own journey.’

After the Pulwama attack, the fighter has been built around the airstrike operations on Pakistan by India. It stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor and others as air force officers.
