Rice powder, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, onion, ginger and garlic paste and few pieces of cooked beef.

How to make

First take quantity of rice powder and fry it lightly in the oven. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with rice flour. Then serve the cooked beef pieces with the broth. Now it should be softened well with some warm water. Then put oil in a big pan and mix it with the yeast by hand. Cover the pan with banana leaves. After that hot ashes of the oven should be given on top of the banana leaves. You can also do it with coal if you want.

The heat of this hot ash or coal will form the top of the pita. Now place the pan on the earthen stove. The pita will be completely cooked in the heat of the oven ash. It takes four to five hours to make this pita. Until then, the pan should be kept on the stove. Because the heat of oven ash remains for several hours. Remove the pan from the oven and pour directly onto a paper. So that the cake does not get ash. Then cut and serve when slightly cooled. This pita is very fun to eat hot. Besides, it can be kept in the fridge for up to a week. But take it out of the fridge and fry it in light oil.
