Salman Fazlur Rahman, Adviser on Private Industry and Investment to the Prime Minister has commented that there will be no shortage of products in the country in the coming Ramadan. He said this to the journalists after a reception ceremony at Nagdipur village of Sunamganj’s Dirai upazila on Sunday afternoon.
Speaking as the chief guest at the event, Salman F. Rahman said, ‘All preparations have been made for the upcoming Ramadan. There will be no shortage of products in the country during the month of Ramadan. India will help us with products.’
Prime Minister’s Advisor on Private Industry and Investment said, ‘Before the election, a group was engaged in various propaganda. The election was done well and fair. Now the government has taken it as a big challenge to strengthen the economic base of the country.
Earlier, Salman Fazlur Rahman reached Nagadipur village by helicopter around noon. At that time thousands of people of the village welcomed him. Later, he spoke as the chief guest at the civic reception organized by Zillul Hossain, an expatriate industrialist in the UK. In the welcome ceremony, he assured to discuss with the Prime Minister to give special allocation for the development of the communication system of the neglected Haor area in view of the demand.
