The Election Commission will inform the embassies and mission heads of various countries about the progress of the 12th National Parliament elections today. This program will start at 3 pm at Hotel Sonargaon in the capital.

According to the Election Commission, what steps have been taken by the Commission to make the elections free, fair and acceptable will be informed. It will be attended by ambassadors of different countries, heads of missions, heads of international organizations and resident representatives of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, the official campaign for the National Assembly election ends tomorrow Friday at 8 am. Candidates are busy campaigning all over the country since morning on the last day. They are running to the voters in alleys. Wanting votes, making various promises.

Members of the armed forces entered the field last Wednesday to secure the vote. Earlier, members of the Police, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), Border Guard Bangladem (BGB), Coast Guard entered the field on December 29.

The election will be held next Sunday. Earlier, the Election Commission allowed 186 foreign observers-journalists to observe the election on Wednesday. The company also said that this number may increase.
