On January 29, he had to be admitted to the hospital with a chest infection and severe breathing problems. Suman also had heart complications. Sources close to the artist reported in the Indian media that he returned home from the hospital on Saturday (February 3) afternoon.
Earlier, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee visited Suman at the hospital on February 1. He told reporters about the health of the veteran musician, ‘He is better than before. spoke Going home and going home. But I said, can’t go home now. It happened once. It may happen again from time to time. So I said, still have to stay for 10 days. He will return to health.’
According to the Chief Minister, the artist was supposed to return home on February 10. But it is known that Kabir Suman has returned home from the hospital since a week.
