Carrot half kg (Kurano), basmati rice powder 2 tbsp, ghee 2 tbsp, condensed milk 2 cups, milk 2 tsp, saffron 1 pinch (soaked in 4 tsp milk), cashew and pistachio nuts 4 tsp and cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

How to make

First, heat ghee in a pan and fry the carrots. Mix condensed milk, grated carrot, rice powder, cardamom powder together in a bowl and keep stirring continuously on low flame. When it becomes thick, add saffron soaked in milk and cardamom powder. When cold, sprinkle dry fruits on top and serve.
