The acting president of the Xunta de Galicia, Alfonso Rueda, today visited the urbanization works of phase C of the Morás business park, in Arteixo (A Coruña), where he has placed promote industrial land with “meaning”: “That which is needed and prioritizing those places where it is necessary to continue growing”.

In this framework, Rueda has highlighted the commitment of the regional government to facilitate the creation of wealth in the community, being, since 2015, the only public administration in Galicia that offers bonuses, between 30% and 50%the sales price of all the business land you own.

Until last year, this measure made it possible to award more than 3 million square meters of land to 613 companies, which represented a direct investment of more than 850 million euros and the creation of nearly 7,500 jobs.
