Even after 8 months of the case, the police could not arrest anyone in the case of stone pelting and breaking the glass in the metro rail. It was also not identified from where the stone was hurled.

On April 30 last year, at around 11:30 a.m., stones were pelted on the metro rail near Kazipara station. It breaks its glass. Later, Samiul Quader, assistant manager of line operation branch of Metrorail, filed a case with Kafrul Police Station of the capital as the plaintiff.

Several unidentified persons have been accused in the case. It is mentioned in the complaint that Metrorail has suffered a loss of around 10 lakh rupees.

Meanwhile, the MRT Police has made several recommendations to ensure the safety of the passengers traveling on the Metrorail every day.
