PSC recommended recruitment of 2805 candidates in 43rd BCS

The Public Service Commission (PSC) has released the 43rd BCS cadre and non-cadre final results. In this, 2 thousand 163 people in the cadre position and 642 people in the non-cadre position got the final appointment recommendation.

This was stated in a notification regarding the recommendation signed by PSC Controller of Examinations Anand Kumar on Tuesday. This is the first time that the cadre and non-cadre results have been published on the same day.

According to the notification of PSC, 2 thousand 163 persons have been recommended for recruitment against 2 thousand 218 posts in various cadres through the 43rd BCS. Besides, against 1 thousand 342 posts in non-cadre, 642 people have been recommended for appointment after the scrutiny of applications.

The 43rd BCS preliminary exam was held on 29 October 2021. PSC started the written examination in July last year. The result of the written exam was published on August 20. 9 thousand 841 people passed it.

It is to be noted that the notification of 43rd BCS states that 1 thousand 814 officers will be recruited in different cadres in this BCS. Among them, 300 people will be appointed in the administration cadre, 100 in the police cadre, 25 in the foreign affairs cadre, 843 in the education cadre, 35 in the audit, 22 in the information, 19 in the tax, 14 in the customs and 19 in the cooperative.
