How to make?
First make a liquid batter with flour, cornflour, salt, pepper and water in a bowl. Fry two eggs in a frying pan on low heat with a little oil. Then put garlic and ginger in the same pan with oil. Then add chopped vegetables like carrot, cabbage, onion, capsicum.
Fry it with light salt. Then toss it with soy sauce, pepper, tomato sauce and fried egg. Now in another frying pan add a little oil and add the batter thinly.
