History-based drama ‘Bhager Mansoom’ is coming on the stage on December 16, the Great Victory Day. The play will be screened at 6:30 pm at the Experimental Theater Hall of Shilpakala Academy in the capital.

Based on the short story ‘Tobatek Singh’ by renowned subcontinental writer Sa’dat Hasan Manto, the play ‘Bhager Manhoo’ was dramatized by Mannan Heera and directed by dramatist Ali Zaker. This is the 26th production of Dhaka’s popular theater troupe ‘Same’. Since 1997, they have been exhibiting the play regularly at home and abroad.

Two countries named Pakistan and India were created in 1947 on this land of subcontinent by dividing the love, friendship and love of people.
