Not ice cream, but Belgian chocolate pudding

Although it looks a lot like ice cream, it’s actually Belgian chocolate pudding. The recipe for this interesting pudding is given by Afroja Aktar Sinthi. You can have this delicious pudding for breakfast in the morning or in the afternoon.

whatever it takes
Belgium dark chocolate 100g, 1 egg, 60g flour, 50g sugar (powdered), 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vanilla essence and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.

How to make pudding
First, in a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, baking powder and vanilla essence with flour. Then chop the Belgian dark chocolates. Melt the chocolate in the oven. If you don’t have an oven, heat water in a large pot. Place the chocolate pieces in a bowl and place over the boiling water. Once the chocolate is melted, whisk it. Make sure the chocolate is smooth.

Place some of the pudding mixture in the pudding basin and press the center a little with a spoon. Meaning, make like a hole. Now pour the Belgian chocolate into it and cover the chocolate with the pudding mixture. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the pudding for 25 minutes. Place chocolate pudding in serving bowls. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with chocolate sauce. Serve with orange slices.
