Most of the ministers of the current government have won the 12th parliamentary elections. All of the current 23 ministers have won, but among the 18 state ministers, the state minister for aviation and tourism, Mahbub Ali, and the state minister for relief and disaster Dr. Md. Enamur Rahman and Minister of State for Rural Development and Cooperative Swapan Bhattacharya. Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has been elected as a Member of Parliament for the fifth time.

Apart from this, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan, Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal, Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Tajul Islam also won.

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan has won from Dhaka-12 seat for the third consecutive time. This candidate was elected by getting 94 thousand 679 votes.

Jute and Textiles Minister Golam Dastgir Gazi, the nominated candidate of Awami League, was elected Member of Parliament for the fourth time in Narayanganj-1 Constituency.

General Secretary of ruling party Awami League and Minister of Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader has been elected for the fifth time. He won by getting one lakh 81 thousand 147 votes from Noakhali 5 constituencies.

Information Minister was elected for the fourth time from Chittagong-7 Constituency. Hasan Mahmud. He got 1 lakh 98 thousand 976 votes. Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal has won for the fifth time in Comilla. Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Tajul Islam also won.

Law Minister Anisul Haque won by getting two lakh 20 thousand 667 votes in Brahmanbaria-4 constituency. Education Minister Dr. Chandpur-3 seat has won. Deepu Moni.

Meanwhile, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam was elected from Rajshahi-6. Junaid Ahmed Palak, Minister of State for Information Technology has won the Natore-3 seat. Apart from this, State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain has won Meherpur-1 seat.

Bir Bahadur Ushai Singh, Awami League’s candidate and Minister of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs, has become a Member of Parliament for the seventh time in Bandarban Hill Constituency.

Minister of State for Private Aviation and Tourism Mahbub Ali lost to Barrister Syed Sayedul Haque Sumon, who was discussed in Habiganj. And Saiful of Savar truck symbol was defeated by the State Minister for Relief and Disaster Dr. Md. Enamur Rahman.
