On Wednesday, the senior special judge of Dhaka did not receive the report. Achaduzzaman gave this new date. For the fifth time, the date of submission of the report of this case has been delayed.
On January 1, Yunus was sentenced to six months imprisonment in another case for not permanentizing 101 employees of the same company, not cashing public holidays, and not depositing specific dividends to the Sramik Kalyan Foundation. However, he did not have to go to jail as he was granted bail for one month under the terms of the appeal.
This is the second case against the company by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). On May 30, the organization’s Dhaka integrated district office-1, the organization’s deputy director Gulshan Anwar Pradhan, as a defendant in this case. Apart from Yunus, there are many other names.
