Mild to moderate cold current has been going on for four consecutive days in Panchagarh. Fog starts every morning. With the cold wind of the north, people’s life has been disrupted. Tetulia Meteorological Office has recorded a minimum temperature of 8.6 degrees today at 9 am on Thursday.
Earlier on Wednesday, the minimum temperature was 8.4 degrees.
Meanwhile, there has been fog throughout the night for a few days, but the fog subsides in the morning. The whole day is cloudy with light fog. There will be a brief chance of sunshine around midday on Wednesday. However, in the afternoon, the entire area was again covered in fog.
Today, Thursday, the sun did not appear until 12 noon. There is thick fog. Konkan feels cold due to frosty winds. Bone-shaking winters have increased the suffering of the uprooted and starving people.
Russell Shah, officer-in-charge of Tentulia Meteorological Office, said, ‘The minimum temperature was recorded at 8.6 degrees Celsius at 9 am on Thursday. The minimum temperature on Wednesday was 8.4 degrees. The day temperature was recorded at 24.1 degrees.
