Panchagarh recorded a minimum temperature of 9.4 degrees. Since Friday evening, mild cold flow has started in nearby areas including Tentulia. The cold winds blowing from the north cause suffering in public life.

Last Friday, the minimum temperature was 11.4 degrees Celsius. However, fog and cold northerly winds started after evening. At this time, winter is felt in Konkan. A gentle cold current flows throughout the night. Tetulia Meteorological Office said that the temperature will drop further this week.

Russell Shah, Officer-in-Charge of Tentulia Meteorological Office, said that the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.4 degrees Celsius at 9 am on Saturday. The minimum temperature on Friday was 11.4 degrees Celsius. A mild cold front will continue Friday evening through Saturday morning.

In the Konkan, the winter has caused great suffering among the miserable and starving people. Especially, the suffering of low income people has increased due to morning work, agricultural workers, tea workers, day laborers. But after 9 o’clock in the morning, relief returns to public life with the sighting of the sun.

Mizanur Rahman, a farmer in Shingpara area of ​​Upazila Sadar, said that dew fell like raindrops throughout the night. Konkan was cold till 8 am. Hands and feet become cold as ice. While going to work in the morning, the arms and legs were getting paralyzed.
