The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in two parts of the country. Apart from this, the normal low pressure of the season is staying in the South Bay of Bengal, the Meteorological Department also said.
According to the Meteorological Department’s forecast on Tuesday, the extension of the subcontinental high pressure zone is located in Bihar and adjoining areas of India. Seasonal normal low pressure is located over South Bay of Bengal.
According to the notification, rain or drizzle may occur in two places of Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions. Apart from this, the weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies elsewhere in the country.
From Tuesday night to Wednesday morning, moderate to dense fog may occur in river basin areas of the country and light to moderate fog in other areas. Apart from this, the notification of the Meteorological Department has also informed that there may be temporary disruption in inland shipping due to dense fog.
It also said that the night temperature across the country may increase slightly. However, daytime temperatures may remain unchanged.
However, the weather forecast for tomorrow, Wednesday, says that the night temperature may drop by 1 to 2 degrees. Apart from this, the daytime temperature may also decrease.
According to the extended 5-day forecast of the Meteorological Office, night and day temperatures may rise towards the end of this period.
