An American woman threw hot food in the face of the worker while eating in the restaurant. The court ordered the woman to work at a fast food restaurant for two months as punishment. Besides, the court sentenced the woman to one month imprisonment. The American broadcaster CNN reported this information in a report.
The convicted woman’s name is Rosemary Heaney. He threw food in the face of restaurant worker Emily Russell while eating at a restaurant last September 5. The video captured by the restaurant’s CCTV camera quickly went viral on social media.
Then a case was filed against him. In the judgment of the case, Rosemary was sentenced to thirty months in prison by the American court of Ohio. However, Judge Timothy Gillian said Rosemary could serve two months in a restaurant after a month in prison to waive the remainder of her sentence.
After announcing the verdict, the judge asked the woman, “Do you want to see the life of that restaurant worker and learn how to deal with people?” Or do you want to stay in prison full time?
In response, Rosemary said that she was interested in working in a restaurant instead of serving a prison sentence.
