Synopsis
The film follows the adventures of an all-male team aboard a boat that travels the sea and, in the end, the mysteries of relationships and life is transformed. The typical fishing trip for a group of veteran boatmen from Cox’s Bazar discovers a rare catch deep in the ocean. They landed a gorgeous but unruly young girl, and get into the world of the men aboard the vessel. The storyline in the movie is built on an old fairy story.

Chanchal Chowdhury is a renowned National Film Award-winning actor in the country. He has spent an era of his career acting in films. Chanchal Chowdhury’s two new movies have been completed. One is Ghiyas Uddin Selim’s ‘Paap Punya’ and the other is Mezbaur Rahman Sumon’s debut film ‘Hawa’. The movie ‘Pap Punya’ is the story of the life of a union-level village, where Chanchal Chowdhury will be seen in the role of chairman. On the other hand, the movie ‘Hawa’ is basically the story of the struggling life of coastal fishermen.
Here Chanchal Chowdhury will be seen in the role of the main boatman. Chanchal Chowdhury was shooting for the film ‘Pap Punya’ in Chandpur for 30 days. On the other hand, he completed the work of the film ‘Hawa’ by shooting on the beach for 45 consecutive days. He was separated from his family for 45 consecutive days during the shooting of the film ‘Hawa’.
Regarding acting in two movies, Chanchal said, “My acting will strengthen the current trend of Bangladeshi films. Both my films are good, I can say that without any doubt. Needless to say, I have been acting in films for a long time.
If I don’t like the story and characters, I will not act in any movie at someone’s request. If I read the story and understand that this movie will not be acceptable when released, then I will not act in that movie.
Written, directed, and produced by respected Ghiyas Uddin Selim, the audience will once again experience the magic of ‘Paap Punya’. On the other hand, this is Suman’s first movie. But Suman has made the movie with utmost care.
I guess, such a movie about the struggling life of sailors has never been made before. I believe that if the two movies are released, they will get a good response from the audience
