Ganja business under the cover of selling almonds, uncle-nephew arrested 3

Police have arrested three people from a house in Tejkunipara of the capital on the charge of selling ganja. During this time, 1000 marijuana was recovered from them.

Tejgaon Thana Police conducted the operation on Thursday night based on secret information. According to the police, they were selling ganja under the guise of selling nuts. These ganja were sold in thongas like almond packets.

The arrested are Abdul Aziz (28), Md Sahidul alias Zahidul Islam (30) and Md Ramzan Ali (45). About Aziz and Zahedul Uncle is nephew and Ramzan is Aziz’s brother-in-law.

According to the police, these 3 are identified drug dealers of Tejgaon. There are 28 cases against Aziz, 7 against Md Ramzan and 6 against Jahedul.

The police say that the house from which these 3 people were arrested is known as ‘Ganjar Arhat’ to the locals.
