A new gold mine has been discovered in the Middle Eastern country of Saudi Arabia. Maden, the country’s mining company, reported this information on Thursday. This information was reported in the report of the news agency Reuters.
It is said that this deposit is found a little south of the gold mine called Mansura Masarah. In 2022, Madden started exploration activities in the 100 km valley area. Analysis of gold samples from the new mine revealed high quality gold. The location yielded 10.4 grams per tonne (g/t) and 20.6 g/t high grade gold. Now the ore is being tested from those places.
Earlier in October, Madden CEO Robert Wilt announced plans to double gold and phosphate production.
