Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said, I feel encouraged by the presence of a large number of foreign observers on the occasion of the 12th National Assembly elections. At this time, Kader urged all the people of the country to exercise their right to vote.

A meeting of Bangladesh Awami League with the Organization of Muslim Countries (OIC) was held on Friday at the Dhaka District Awami League office in Tejgaon. After the meeting, Obaidul Quader said these things to the journalists in a press conference at that office. Quader said that everyone should be careful so that no evil forces can carry out any attack on election day and the next day.

Quader said, the OIC delegation has expressed its interest in the elections in Bangladesh. And seeing that there is interest, they have sent an observation team to the country.

Earlier, Awami League leaders held a meeting with the Commonwealth delegation on Friday morning. Regarding this meeting, Kader said that the Commonwealth believes that no country in the world has an ideal democracy. They praised the economic development of Bangladesh. The steps taken by the government to reform the electoral system have been highlighted in detail.

Obaidul Quader also said that the Commonwealth delegation expected a good election in Bangladesh.

Quader said, on the occasion of the 12th National Assembly elections, an unprecedented tide has been created in favor of the boat. Voters across the country are looking forward to voting. We believe that the people of the country will once again elect the boat with a huge vote.
