Awami League candidate for Dhaka-1 constituency Salman F Rahman has commented that everyone in the country has improved in the last 15 years. He said this in an exchange meeting with locals in Nawabganj. Salman F. Rahman said, there is no landless or homeless in Dohar-Nawabganj. He promised to build a house for those who are homeless due to river erosion.
Voting will continue for just a week. Awami League candidate for Dhaka-1 constituency Salman F Rahman spent a busy time in public relations on Friday. In different places of Nawabganj, he held courtyard meetings and exchanged views with the locals. After listening to their problems, he promised to solve them.
Salman F Rahman promised to make the road from Magherkandi to Beribandh four lanes according to the long-standing demand of the people of 5 unions of Nawabganj. Besides, the work of Bandura Bridge is also going on, he said.
Salman F Rahman said, ‘It took about four hours to reach the area, the road was in such a bad condition. But now the road is fixed. We can reach the area within one and a half to two hours. You will be happy to hear that we are making this road four lanes.’
Salman F Rahman highlighted the development of the government in the last 15 years. He said that if fair, peaceful and participatory elections are obstructed, no one from his party will be exempted.
Salman F. Rahman said, ‘Police, administration – I have told everyone that the next election will be free and fair. I have even told my leaders and workers that they will not get any discount if they do two numbers. But we have to make the election free and neutral.’
Salman F. Rahman urged to vote by boat again by telling about various initiatives for the development of health care.
