whatever it takes
2 eggs, sugar- 1/2 cup, flour 1 cup, oil 2 tbsp, milk soya 1 cup and lemon juice 2 tsp.
How to make
First, crack an egg in a mixing bowl and beat it with a little less than 1/2 cup of sugar, until the sugar and egg mix and become thick. Then mix oil, flour, milk, 1 spoon of lemon juice. Note, this batter will be a little heavier than the normal Patisapta. Then keep the batter covered for half an hour.
After 30 minutes open the batter and mix again by shaking a little. In another bowl mix well with one egg, remaining sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Heat some oil in a pan and pour this egg, sugar, lemon juice mixture in it and shake the pan. Then fry an egg in a pan and roll the egg while it is still hot.
Now brush a little oil in the pan, pour a big spoonful of batter, spread it in the pan and cover it for 30 seconds. Again lift the lid and invert and keep covered for 30 seconds. Then roll the egg inside the plate. In the same way, take the batter and roll it on the egg like a pancake. Now cut it with a knife and arrange it nicely on a plate and serve it.
