Metrorail movement has been disrupted due to dish wires on the line in Karwan Bazar area of the capital. After 15 minutes of closure, the metro rail movement is normal.

M A N Siddique said, the miscreants threw something like a DC wire from the nearby building. It stopped the metro rail movement. The wire has been removed. Now rail traffic is normal.

On December 28 last year, the Uttara to Agargaon section of the metro rail was launched. After that all metro rail stations were opened step by step.
