Mozammel Haque said that 65 percent of people in the country travel by public bus. But most of them are unfit and dirty Which is not in any developed country.

General Secretary of Passenger Welfare Association said, on the one hand, just as common passengers are hostages to transport owners-workers, many bus owners are also hostages to the violence of extortionists.

The Yatri Kalyan Samiti has called for strict action against unskilled and fake licensed drivers to bring back safety on the roads with emphasis on building a smart transport system by uprooting these.
