The leaders of the International Journalists Network of Europe (IJNE) paid a courtesy call to the leaders of the Finnish Union of Journalists (UJF). The meeting was held at the UJF head office in Helsinki last Tuesday at 2 pm.
At this time the leaders of the two organizations exchanged floral greetings and mementos with each other.
During the discussion phase of the courtesy meeting, optimism was expressed in finding all possible ways to jointly organize seminars, symposiums, discussions and exhibitions between the two organizations in detailed discussions on various issues for the development of bilateral relations in the future. Executive Committee President Bhuiyan N Zaman and International Affairs Secretary Mohammad Shamsuddin were present on behalf of IJNE.
Salla Nazarenko, Head of the International Affairs Committee of the National Journalists’ Association of Finland, was present on behalf of the National Association of Journalists of Finland. Leaders of the Finnish Journalists’ Union, including Advocacy Committee head Petri Savolainen.
