Moin Khan, a member of the party’s standing committee, said that BNP does not believe in violent movements, so it is carrying out peaceful programs to protect democracy and voting rights. He also said that he will return home after confirming the fall of this government.
Moin Khan said these things after distributing leaflets organized by the Krishak Dal demanding boycott of voting in the Jatiya Press Club area as part of the central program on Wednesday afternoon. He also claimed that the international world is seeing this election as a farce.
Meanwhile, other parties in simultaneous movement with BNP also carried out the same programme. At around 11:00 am, leaflets were distributed in the press club area and some other groups like Nationalist Sammana Jot, Democratic Left Jot in Purana Paltan area, LDP in Kakrail, Vijay Nagar area, Gano Forum and others carried out this program. Democracy stage conducted mass communication and leaflet distribution in Farmgate area.
