BNP has claimed that the incident of fire in the Mohanganj Express train at Tejgaon in the capital was a well-planned act of sabotage. Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Senior Joint Secretary General of BNP made this claim in a statement sent to the media on Tuesday.
In a statement sent to the media, Rizvi said that those who set fire to the train at Tejgaon in the capital and extinguished the life lamps of four passengers are undoubtedly a disgrace to the name of human beings. It is not possible to do this kind of anti-humanity without the connivance of the Mahal special.
Rizvi claims that there is a deep doubt among the people whether it is a ruse or not to divert public attention from the ongoing democratic movement. This is a case of well-planned sabotage. Saboteurs are enemies of humanity. They want to destroy mankind.
Senior Joint Secretary General of BNP said, ‘Such heinous and demonic work is possible only with the help of illegal and anti-people forces. I am deeply concerned, shocked and strongly condemned by this barbaric and heartbreaking incident. We demand an impartial judicial inquiry into the incident.’
The statement also demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment of the miscreants involved in the fire incident. Apart from this, BNP condoled in the statement.
