Bangladeshi-run Juba Network Company Limited was recognized as the best internet service provider in the East African country of South Sudan. The recognition was given in a ceremony organized by the South Sudan National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Agriculture on Friday.
The annual ‘Chamber Quality Award-2023’ awards were presented. Chairman of the company Sohail Muhammad Abdullah accepted the award on behalf of Juba Network Company Limited.
South Sudan Chamber of Commerce Chairperson Losidic Lukac Lege, Mayor of Juba City Council Flora Gabriel Modi, Minister of Finance Bak Barnaba Chol and others were present at the event.
Eminent persons were present on behalf of Bangladesh. They are Brigadier General Abdullah Al Mamun, retired Brigadier General Kazi Masroor Ullah, Head of GIS Unit, Zahurul Haque, working in South Sudan in the United Nations peacekeeping mission.
