Australia’s Macquarie University signed an agreement with ULAB

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.

The MoU was signed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Jude William Janiello, and the Vice-Chancellor of Macquarie University, Miss Lee-Ann Norris, at the Ulab campus. Professor Imran Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of ULAB was present at this time.

According to a press release of Ulab University, the MoU was signed for exchange of information between the two universities on academic matters, conducting joint seminars and other academic meetings, guest lectures, organizing tours for students-staff and organizing programs abroad.

Macquarie University’s delegation included Prof. Aman Wu, Dean of the School of Engineering, Deputy Director of International Tanveer Shahid, Senior Country Manager Alkayet Hossain, and Professor and Dean of the School of Business Dr. Sarwar Uddin Ahmed, Professor and Dean of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department. M. Mofazzal Hossain, BBA program director and associate professor. Muhammad Faisal Chowdhury, Director of International Affairs Jennifer Hossain.
