18 new universities from Bangladesh have recently been included in Australia’s education profile. These universities have joined with the 12 universities of Bangladesh which were previously included in the initiative of Bangladesh High Commission in Australia.
This information was informed in a press release sent by Bangladesh High Commission in Canberra.
According to the circular, as a result of this inclusion, the graduates of these universities will have access to Australian universities and will facilitate research and education exchange. It is expected to improve the status of Bangladesh in the international education map.
Australia’s education profile now includes 5 public and 13 private universities in Bangladesh. These are Khulna University, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Patuakhali University of Science and Technology, Shere Bangla Agricultural University, Maulana Bhasani University of Science and Technology, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, North South University, American International University Bangladesh, Brac University, Daffodil International University. , East West University, Independent University Bangladesh, International Islamic University of Titagang, Islamic University of Technology, University of Asia Pacific, United International University, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh and World University of Bangladesh.
Universities included earlier include Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University, Rajshahi University, Chittagong University, Bangladesh University of Engineering, Khulna University of Engineering, Rajshahi University of Engineering, Chittagong University of Engineering, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, Bangladesh Agricultural University and Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology.
