Locals and onlookers said that the alleged crossfire accused Tofazzal Hossain Samrat and Hasibur Rahman Jami, along with members of Samrat’s forces, took part in the attack on the orders of Gerda Union Chairman Shah Mohammad Emar Haque. Locals raised questions about the role of law and order forces.

Md. Riyad Mia also said that the police of Faridpur Kotwali police station visited the scene. The case is being prepared in this case.

About the complaint, Chairman of Gerda Union Shah Mohammad Emar Haque said that an untoward incident happened at that place. Who or who came to. K. Azad’s camp was attacked and beaten. He is not involved in this incident. When his name is mentioned, it is said with hostility.

Executive Magistrate Shams Sadat Mahmudullah and Faridpur Additional Superintendent of Police Mohammad Salauddin visited the spot and spoke to the locals.

Faridpur Kotwali Police Station OC Md. Shahidul Islam said, ‘We visited the scene. Those involved in assault and vandalism will be brought to justice. The injured have been asked to come to the police station and file a complaint.
