Awami League has called the first meeting of the Executive Parliament after the 12th National Parliament election. The meeting will be held at Ganabhaban, the Prime Minister’s official residence, on Monday at 6:30 pm.
In addition to reviewing the national election, the ruling party will discuss and decide on the next day’s activities. At the same time, there is a possibility of discussing the resolution of disputes between party and independent candidates in the election.
Awami League will also discuss the district visit of incumbent leaders and extended meetings at central and district-upazila levels. The strategy of the party may be finalized in today’s meeting ahead of the Upazila Parishad elections.
Apart from this, contemporary national and international issues including commodity prices will be discussed in the Executive Parliament meeting. It is said that there will be discussions about uniting the party and moving forward.
