O advogado Saiful Al Sohag, secretário organizador do parlamento central da Liga Jubo, foi preso em Banani, na capital.
Os policiais o prenderam no caminho de volta depois de prestar homenagem no túmulo do presidente fundador da Jubo League, Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani, no Cemitério Banani. No entanto, ainda não se sabe em que caso ele foi preso.
Na ocasião, outra pessoa que estava com ele foi presa.
Enquanto prestavam homenagem no túmulo do Xeque Fazlul Haque Mani, um membro do Presidium do Comitê Central da Liga Jubo, secretário-geral adjunto, secretário organizador, editor adjunto e alguns outros membros estariam presentes.
